- 02 Build the spread Entree trays serve 3 to 5 people each. Add rice underneath, an appetizer or two in front, and extra sauce on the side.
- 03 Enter FREE10 Type the code at checkout. The 10% comes off your check total before tax and gratuity.

Every entree tray serves 3 to 5 people. The short answer is one tray for every four guests, rice underneath, and an appetizer or two in front. Here is what that works out to at three common sizes, priced off the real catering menu.

John runs MÓGŪ catering from the first question to the final tray. Tell him the headcount, the date, what everyone likes and any dietary needs, and he will shape a spread that works for the room. He can also help with anything the online menu does not cover.
Good to Know
- Which kitchens cater?
- Mineola, Woodbury, East Meadow, Farmingdale, Commack and Hauppauge all take catering orders online. Holbrook is not set up for online catering yet, so email catering@moguchinese.com for anything out that way.
- Pickup or delivery?
- Both. You choose one at the start of the order, along with the date and the time you want it ready.
- Can you work around allergies?
- Yes. The ordering flow has a step for gluten, peanut, tree nut, dairy, fish, egg, shellfish, soy, wheat and sesame. Flag it there and the kitchen sees it attached to your order.
- Is there anything vegan or gluten-free?
- Plenty. Edamame, scallion pancakes and both rice sides are vegan, and the broccoli tray is too. Mei Fun noodles, the Saute Infusion trays and the rice sides are gluten-free. Every item on the catering menu carries its own labels.
- How much food is a tray?
- Entree, rice and noodle trays each serve 3 to 5 people. Appetizers are counted in pieces, so a tray of Popcorn Wontons is around 100 and the egg rolls come 16 half pieces to a tray.
- What if I am feeding more than fifty?
- Email catering@moguchinese.com. John will build the spread with you rather than leaving you to guess at tray counts.
